Contact Us from Within the Shadowbane Game
From within the Shadowbane game, you may contact an In-Game Customer Care Representative (CCR) through the Petition CCR system found under the Info/Help Menu. The Petition Window contains a menu of options, each of which will open a specialized Petition window. All petitions will be answered except for bug submissions. CCRs are normally available 24 hours per day.

Subscription/Billing Support
Account Manager: In the Account Manager, you can update your payment information, change your email address, upgrade or cancel your subscription or enter any promo codes. To contact a live Billing CCR, please call toll free 1-866-824-6767 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday EST (Note: The Billing CCRs are NOT able to answer technical or game play questions).
